Philosophy

Employers and employees throughout York Region and the Greater Toronto Area are faced with continually changing demands in a setting that is becoming more and more challenging. It is common that businesses and individuals will confront conflict whether as employers or employees, or with third parties and various competitors.

We understand how difficult it is to run a business today or how challenging it is to be an employee in the event of a workplace dispute or termination. Luckily, we have the tools to assist our clients in successfully dealing with conflict whether in court, a regulatory proceeding, at a mediation or arbitration or in negotiations. We understand that contrary to popular belief, being a lawyer is not simply about reciting and memorizing a list of legal rules and principles. Our lawyers treat the practice of law as an art form requiring both creativity and discipline.
