Education
Sofia obtained a master’s degree in law from Irkutsk State University as well as a post-graduate diploma in financial and business law from Baikal State University in Russia. She went on to obtain her paralegal diploma with distinction from TriOS College in Ontario 2021 and became a licensed paralegal in 2022.

Sofia is a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
Areas of Practice
Sofia practices exclusively in all areas of employment law. She works on matters before Ontario’s Small Claims Court, WSIB matters, Ministry of Labour claims and assists lawyers at Zeilikman Law in wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, for-cause terminations, human rights issues, workplace harassment and bullying issues among others.
Sofia has an approach that is centred around providing clients with dedicated and conscientious legal advice. Sofia is a meticulous thinker and strives to get the best possible results for her clients.
